Hakaya Technologies is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy details the personal information that we collect when you use linkA Care or linkA Bell Apps and the purposes for which we use such information. How you can review, correct and delete your personal information is also covered here.

If you choose to use linkA Care or linkA Bell Apps, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the App. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our App, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including name and phone number that we use for UI personalization and user authentication. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

To review your personal info open the Side Menu where user name and phone number is shown on the top. You can edit and correct your phone number from there directly. In order to correct your name, log out and log in again with your correct name. Deleting personal info can be done from within the App. From the Side Menu tap on Delete Account option and confirm data deletion.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Google AdMob : Used to show ads so we can provide a free version of the app. To remove ads users can subscribe to a Premium Plan within the App.
Google Analytics for Firebase : Used to help us improve our service by collecting anonymized statistics about users while using the App.
Google Firebase Crashlytics : Used to track and analyze app crashes. Helping us to debug and fix bugs.

Log Data

When you use our App, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the App, the time and date of your use of the App, and other statistics.

Consent To International Transfers Of Personal Information

The personal information we collect may be sent to the United States. We may also store and process the information there. Although the laws that protect personal information there may differ from the laws where you live, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that your privacy is protected. By using our App and giving your information to us, you consent to the transfer of the data outside of your country.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
