Option 1: In-App Deletion
– Open LinkA Apps:
- Launch the LinkA Bell or LinkA Care app on your device.
– Access Side Menu:
- Look for the side menu represented by three horizontal within the app interface.
– Select “Delete Account”:
- Look for option “Delete Account”
– Follow On-Screen Prompts:
- The app will ask you to confirm account deletion.
Option 2: Submitting a Ticket
– Visit Support Page:
- Open your web browser and go to LinkA Apps Support.
Submit a Ticket:
- Fill out the ticket form with the required information.
- Indicate the app type (LinkA Bell or LinkA Care).
- Provide the telephone number associated with the account.
- Fill out the ticket form with the required information.
Describe Account Deletion Request:
- In the message or description field, clearly state that you want to delete your LinkA Apps account.
Submit Ticket:
- Click on the “Submit” or “Send” button to submit your ticket.
